Is this a permanent store?

No. This shop operates as a limited-time online pop-up, especially during holiday drops and special releases. Once items sell out or the drop ends, they will not be restocked.

How long does shipping take?

All items ship immediately.
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through the website.
If you are outside the U.S., please contact us before placing an order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Due to limited inventory and fast processing, all sales are final once an order is placed. We are unable to modify or cancel orders after checkout.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and assist accordingly.

Do rhinestones or embellishments ever fall off?

Some items may feature hand-applied details. While we take great care in packaging, minor variations or movement during shipping can occur. This is normal and part of the handmade process.

How limited are the items?

Extremely limited.
Once an item sells out, it will not be restocked. Availability is first-come, first-served.
